Mee Goreng recipe
Ingredients:
1 lb. mee (Chinese egg noodles)1 small onion, diced2 cloves garlic, minced1/4 cup vegetable oil1/4 cup chili paste1/4 cup soy sauce1/4 cup sweet soy sauce1/2 cup water1 tomato, diced3 eggs, beaten1/2 cup shrimp, peeled and deveined1/2 cup bean sprouts1/2 cup diced tofu
Instructions:
1. Heat oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat.2. Add the onion and garlic and cook until fragrant.3. Add the chili paste, soy sauce, and sweet soy sauce, and stir-fry until fragrant.4. Add the noodles and water, and stir-fry for 2 to 3 minutes.5. Add the tomato, eggs, shrimp, bean sprouts, and tofu, and stir-fry for 2 to 3 minutes.6. Serve hot.
Fried Rice recipe

2 tablespoons vegetable oil2 cloves garlic, minced2 cups cooked white rice1 cup mixed vegetables (e.g. peas, carrots, corn, celery)2 eggs, lightly beaten3 tablespoons soy sauce
